I love Dr Niknam and Dr Naik. They have been very helpful in my dental journey over the last couple years. When I call in Jennifer is always helpful and fits me in with my difficult schedule. I love how caring and personable she is. I would recommend this dental office e to anyone I know who is looking for a good place to take care of their dental needs.

University Dental is by far the BEST dental office we have gone to. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and checked in by Jennifer. She was so sweet with my children and very helpful to get our appointment started. Tasha was our dental hygienist. She made the appointment fun for my kids and made them feel comfortable while getting their teeth cleaned. Dr. Angela Niknam and Dr. Ashish Naik are both wonderful people who truly care for every patient that comes in. The whole staff made us feel welcome and each had such great customer service. Thank you University Dental!

Jennifer is very rude, she said she is not interested in helping people. She also said "I dont know of any dentists that have payment plans" and then, after speaking to the doc, he mentioned a lot of other places did have payment plans. The doc and I had a plan put together and then Jennifer just canceled it an hour after speaking to the the actual doc. No explanation no nothing. Do not recommend them at all and Jennifer needs a customer service class ASAP.

I absolutely love University Dental! I’ve been coming here for the past 16 years and plan to continue for as long as I’m in Central Texas 😊 Dr. Niknam and Dr. Naik are both incredible, personable, funny, and truly excellent at what they do. Natasha, the dental hygienist, is amazing as well! I always leave learning new tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. She’s so welcoming and makes every visit genuinely enjoyable! The front office staff greets you warmly the moment you walk in, which makes such a difference in any medical setting. Overall, it’s consistently a 10/10 experience. Thank y’all for everything you do!

Come here if you want dentists who truly care, take time to explain everything in a way you can understand, and make every visit a pleasant experience. They always make sure I’m comfortable and at ease (I have a very low pain tolerance), and they consistently make me feel like my experience genuinely matters. From start to finish, the whole team is kind, patient, and professional. I've had many dentists throughout the years and have NEVER been treated this way. Dr. Naik and Dr. Angela Niknam are rare gems!
